How could a business be so Careless to lose someones necklace. They do all these advertisements at how sentimental jewelry is and then they are CARELESS with someones necklace that they got on their wedding day and LOSE it... ???!!!??? Then they act like it is no big deal and they think replacing the jewelry and giving 25.00 will make up for all of the memories and sentimental value. What kind of business would treat a situation that way... ? If you make a mistake like that you should at least act like you care and show some empathy. I am NOT impressed.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Lost a Necklace.
