Took my journey necklace in to get repaired and a staff member at Kays accidentally switched my jewelery with someone elses. They do not watch what they are doing and they did nothing to find out where my original necklace could be. They want to give me a new one and a $25 gift card when the original necklace has so much sentimental value that $25 is not going to make me forget what you lost! Do not buy from a jewelry store where they send your stuff away to get fixed! THEY WILL LOSE IT!
