The front desk manager is miserable and it all flows downhill to her subordinant staff. One front desk clerk scolded a hygenist right in front of me which embarrased me and the hygenist. The hygenist was just trying to be helpful to me. \r
They do not give out pain medication and honestly dental work hurts badly! \r
When scheduling appointments they scheduled 4 appointments which in reality could have taken 1 appointment to accomplish. The hygenist told me that. They don't have evening appointments which makes it very difficult to get an appointment because of work.\r
When my daughter was 10 they refused to let me go back with her to the dentist chair claiming patient confidentiality. I said she's 10 and I'm not letting any of you alone with her. After a quit public argument the front desk manager allowed me to go back with my daughter. \r
My dental insurance says they will pay 100% of a procedure and the office staff says I have to pay what THEY think the insurance won't pay (even tho my insurance said 100%) then when the insurance pays them they will reimburse me. Are they a bank? Making interest off my money?\r
These office staff are Front Desk Clerks...what makes them think it's ok to treat people badly?
