I have unfortunately had the dishonor of having this man as a doctor at Community Behavioral Health Center. I will not even begin to say what I feel about this doctor, because it involves foul language. Just know this, he is cold, he is cruel, he is rude, he is uncaring, and he is concerned with one thing, money. This scumbag even got in trouble a little while ago being negligient with a patient. Dr. Ziyar, is by far the last person I would EVER reccommend to someone who is suffering with mental illness. If I could use a negative star rating, I would have.
