I am so pleased with my dealings with your company. I needed an emergency service call on 12.31.08. Your employee, Scott, whom I had been serviced by before, was able to come and figure out why my furnace had failed. He explained things very carefully to me and gave me the option of purchasing a new furnace or repairing the existing one. He was very ""low-key"" and not high pressured at all. He made much sense in his explanations, so I decided to purchase a new furnace. Your company was able to install the new furnace the next business day. Brian and Chase arived to install it. I had to leave for Pennsylvania that day. I know it was a very difficult job because the furnace is located in a suspended ceiling. I wondered, off and on, during the day, what I would come home to, and if I would have heat. When I arrived home after 8:00 pm, the furnace was perfectly installed, and the basement left in perfect condition. Brian even left me a nice note carefully explaining things.
