I purchased a lightly used Taurus this year at Chuck Brown. As it was via internet, they accurately described the car and its condition and provided a Carfax report. All the paperwork was ready when I went to pick it up. There was no high pressure on add ons or extended warranties. I have had the car for 9 months now and am fully satisfied. I can't comment on their service as I live in Austin and use dealers here. I highly recommend Chuck Brown Ford.
