I called them because my unit stopped working. They responded within a short period of time. They misdiagnosed the problem and on top of that, they charged me several hundred dollars for a $40.00 (very conservative estimate from a knowledgeable source) part and a $85.00 service charge. I called someone when my unit failed to work and they walked me through diagnosing the problem in a matter of minutes (in the same area the service tech had replaced the part – in plain view!). I went to the local heating and air conditioning parts store, paid $9.00 for the replacement part and there are no more problems. I do not recommend anyone that has no experience with electricity to do, but it was an obvious and quick fix.\r

I was very disappointed with the cost of the repair and I felt it was extremely excessive at the time. I have since confirmed my feelings and I will not call them again. \r
Pros: Fast Service
Cons: Excessive Billing and Charges, Did not Fix Problem
