Front office is small, dysfunctional, overcrowded, not very professional,and patient appointments are regularly overbooked, so one needs an hour+ to spend waiting even when there's no emergency. Overcharges on medications, and makes it diffiicult to buy at Walmart, Target, Ralph's, or online.
