I bought my Saab 9-7X from Shaw Saab back in 2005. Both the Salesman and the owner treated me like their best customer, even though this was the first car I had purchased from them. The sales process could not have been smoother, they talked me through every step of the process.
I have since brought the car back to Shaw Saab for both routine maintenance and Detailing. The Service Department continued to impress me as much as the sales team. They made sure my car was ready when they promised, and there were no surprises when I picked up the car. The Detailing job was spectacular, it looked brand new again.
I will continue to service my 9-7 at Shaw Saab, and look forward to purchasing my next car from them when my daughter gets her license.
