I would recommend staying away from this plumber unless you have time and money to burn.\r

We had them do plumbing while we were finishing our basement. This consisted of installation of all components for a bathroom and two outdoor hot/cold hose bibs. They were late getting things completed. We had to call them back out twice. First, they didn't install the shower faucet handle correctly, so you couldn't get hot water at all. The second time we called them back was for one of the hose bibs. One of the adapters busted and started spraying water everywhere. They came back to fix it after a few calls. The technician while there made a comment about them having trouble with those adapters and they've had to replace a few recently. Now for the reason I felt the need to provide a review for people looking for a plumber. Less than a year later the same exact part on the same exact hose bib busted again. When I called they said our warranty expired and we'd have to pay. Ok, I understand if a warranty expires since they go from the original install completion date. This new part that they installed when they completed the repair, which busted the first time, should have been covered again. When I tried to discuss this with a manager instead of the dispatcher, the service manager would never call back. I took me at least four calls and getting irritated to get a return call. On top of all that, even if I was willing to pay for the repair they would not send anyone out for over 5 days. This is not a very good response for someone who has a leaking pipe causing damage to their walls and flooring.\r
