I have been with Battle Creek for over 3 years for my homeowners ins. In Feburary while I was away my house was broken into and i was robbed. I contacted authorities and filed my claim. So for never being late and always paying my premiums, they are rewarding me by pushing my claim to the side until it expires, so they can get away scott free. a friend of mine is going through the same issue with them. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Battle Creek. You will pay for a service that they won't provide, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
Pros: They signed me up and accepted my contract right away
Cons: They do not provide the service that you pay for.
