So I recently heard from a S.A.P.D. officer that all the Fred's Fish Fry's in San Antonio, Texas are drug fronts for the Mexican Mafia and the S.A.P.D. are involved. I couldn't believe this so I started staking out one of the locations. I started on a Friday thinking that would be one of their busy days. I staked it out from open to close and there was a total 13 customers for the whole day and 1 of those was me. I did a total of about 7 days over 3 weeks and the total was about 60 customers. What was surprising was the fact that they have about 2-3 employees at all times 4 on one of their slow days 8 customers. How is it that they can afford to pay all these employees when the revenue just isn't there? So there is definetly something going on at Fred's Fish Fry.
