In recent weeks, this retailer has been selling incomplete copies of the Daily News Sunday edition. On the most recent three occasions in which I found this situation, I suggested posting a notice to customers advising them of the fact, but the retailer has steadfastly refused. His various 'arguments' are that he just sells what he's given, that not everyone reads that section so it's not important, and the real reason - in direct contradiction to the previous one - if he advises people they're not getting the whole paper he won't sell them. With that attitude - caveat emptor to the max!
