This place could be so much better than it is. The clients are basically well cared for but there tends to be some confusion when it comes to the staff. Unfortunately the administration is bent on whimiscal staff changes--change for the sake of change, change because they seek the ""challenge"" of new faces/workers, change because they do not know what they want. A client base such as the one at EWP needs consistency and familiar faces/personalities when it comes to staff, but what they get is a revolving door.
Pros: Good food, interesting activities
Cons: Chronic staff changes, confusion
