We wish we could give the actual email but it’s a limited amt of space here. We will give u the facts, u decide. “HE” refers to Reflections Creative Photography. We wanted a 24 pg album, he created a 38 pg album WITHOUT NOTIFYING US and then told us we had to pay an extra $1000 and said it was a discount and we can’t change it or he will charge $125 an hour! After arguing about this, he said “a redesign, which can take hours, is billable! If you think the discount is lame, I'll be happy to revert back to the contract pricing, just let me know as I don't want you to be insulted by it!!” To top it off, it took over a year and a half to get our album. After he finally sent the album to print, he said we would receive our album within 8-10 weeks. After about 14 weeks, he DID NOT communicate with us about the status of our album! A little more than ONE MONTH after the 8-10 weeks goes by, he tells us that it will be another 8-10 weeks! After those 8-10 weeks, he told us it will be ANOTHER 8-10 weeks! He ONLY emailed us the status of the album after we CONTACTED HIM, not the other way around! We then asked for a CD of our Engagement and Wedding photos and he said yes. A couple weeks go by, and then we email him. He tells us that his CD burner was broken! BS. Finally, we get an email saying our albums are here and we owe him the balance of the extra album charges, which he previously stated that he would pass on discounts from the print co, and then... NO DISCOUNT. This time, he emails us twice in one week to pay! We state “We are also in no rush to come pick up the albums as we have waited this long already. Please let us know if there are additional hidden charges for holding our albums until we are able to come and pick it up.” He responds “I have paid for all of the manufacturing costs, so there will be no adjustments in the end cost. I just don't understand, pushing to get the album in and available for you, then not wanting to get it? You know the pricing, it has not changed. Take your time it will be sitting here gathering dust waiting your call.” YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT A PHOTOGRAPHER LIKE THIS WORKING FOR U! We finally have our album nearly 2 years later…!
