I am a fan of the Rudy's in Austin, so i was thrilled when they opened up here. This was so disappointing, they seem to have serious problems keeping the brisket at proper temperature, it is cold when you get it. There is no noticeable difference between the dry and moist trims. The sausage portions are misleading and overpriced. The staff seems bored and not as lively as in Austin. Guess i will continue taking road trips to Austin instead of eating here.

Cons: meats are cold, portions are small, prices are high
