I'm a manager of major Milwaukee Hotel always looking for best services at best prices. After doing research on Dryit I'm not still sure what their process is. No recommendations from named satisfied customers...just vague nameless ""compliments"" from people with no names. Services are vague to unknown. Staff on phone short, rude, and basically not very knowledgeable about the company, it's business and processes and phone contacts consistently refused to give their names upon request. I'm not used to doing business under such a situation.
Further research on company leaves more blanks than their amateur website does. Suggest going with a known company with a proud track record as backed up by real people with real names. Suggest that steam cleaning is a known and reliable process versus this mystery system which ""customer service"" on phone didn't seem able to explain adequately or convincingly.
I gave them 1 star just for answering the phone and speaking to me at all. Upon further consideration I wish I could remove the 1 star.
