I called Gene Johnson Plumbing to restore heat in a rental property because one of the units was not getting heat. It turned out that both of the furnaces were inoperable and needed to be replaced. While the urgent work got done in a timely way, their communication was lacking.
They seemed very attentive to begin with, but did not follow through with me. I did not know whether they had installed the furnaces and they mailed the paperwork to the rental property instead of to me directly. Also, there was some additional work (a clogged sink and water heater) that they said they would work on while they were there but those things did not get taken care of at the time.

We really apologize for the lack of communication. Frankly we were overwelmed with frozen pipes and flooding calls and got behind on our follow up which we normally pride ourselves on. We are just now getting on top of all the required follow up and are sorry for the inconvenience.
