After using the same salon owner/stylist (Sayoko) for 5 years I had a Jr. stylist (Alex) do my cut and color. She left me with chunky color, horrible hot-spots, and barely trimmed the hair. I came in for a re-do and the salon agreed the hair treatment was awful, but then they charged me $30 for the re-do because she said they didn't charge me enough the first time. To make things worse, the hot spots and brassy chunks came back after a few washings. So after $130 and 5 hours in their salon my hair looks like my 1st grader colored it. I am finding a new stylist. Pros: Good Haircut Cons: Horrible color - Unable to fix it. No loyalty more
