I canceled the account in August 09 and they billed my credit card $68 for the next month and it is now Dec 09 and I still havent received the credit however they keep telling me its in process. They refuse to let me speak to a manager. I swithced to a Voip company because there was no real savings at Cordia anymore. Started off OK but they gradually increased the cost, Pros: no longer an advantage Cons: high cost, billed account after service was cancelled more
