I have visited many times and have never been disappointed. As always, it is on a return trip down the hill. I am very relieved to arrive in Colfax without snow on the roads. **************************
I am kinda a pain when it comes to having my burgers made right and whomever the ""cook"" is has always made mine just like I ask. My fav has and always will be their California bacon burger amalgamated with the Jalape?o burger and what I request as ""overcooked"" mushrooms. My side is the wonderful onion rings (ranch on the side). I also really enjoy their ""western"" burger ""as is"". Defiantly worth trying.(at least 3 times :):)************************************************
The best part is when my wife is driving. I can order one of their ""on tap"" beers. They always change, so I get to try something different almost every time. Also, they have a diverse selection of bottled beers. If one on tap doesn't catch my eye there is always another I can choose. ************************
They have shakes, as well as those fancy coffee house syrups(can't remember the name). My kids always get those. I have ""sampled"" my kids' shakes and depending on what was ordered, I am never disappointed. **********
(f.y.i.: I didn't think a cherry, peppermint, chocolate shake was all that good but my kid LOVED it)

Quite a few times it has been the owners with their son helping out. Along with their other employees, this is one of the BEST family restaurants I have ever been in. I will continue going as long as they are open for business. CHEERS !
