Should have been offered EXCELLENT upgrade options on my phone, since I was way overdue (at least 3 years on my last phone) but was not. Instead I had to endure high pressure sales pitch about converting my tv, internet ...to att service ..after looking around at the phones I decided to go with one but could not find the person who was helping me ANYWHERE so I left and will never go to this location again.

Cons: service, wait time, no deals
