I brought my dog to Pet Taxi for grooming and I was appalled to realize when I got home, and had a chance to look her over that they had not removed the matting, and had shaved her so unevenly that she had tufts sticking out everywhere. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they agreed to send me a check. Several weeks later, after calling several times, I received a check for for 40% of what they charged. When I called to complain, the woman told me, ""Come up here right now to get your money, then I never want to see you again!""
