WOW - I've just been alerted to some of the past reviews and I am here to publically apologize to everyone who received poor customer service at Trilogy Spa Manhattan Beach! It is always our intention to take care of our customers and we obviously had the wrong team in place which is why we now have our original leadership from Hermosa running the Manhattan location. For those of you who had bad experiences, please give me a call as I'd love the opportunity to make it right. The promotion we did with the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center was sold by a third party in a manner in which we've don't do business and upon learning of the issues, we immediately terminated the relationship. We apologize to everyone who was effected, we agreed to the promotion simply as an effort to support the Rejuvenation Center who had recently opened. It is our mistake and we hope you give us a chance to make it right. We are a human busienss, we value our customers and pride ourselves on our levels of customer service that have no returned in full force. Individuals not sharing these values are no longer with our company. Thank you for taking the time to post the comments and for reading our apology.
