Keith, our Authorized rep, had us set up ready to accept credit cards within a week and quickly answered any questions we had over email, on the phone, and/or (GET THIS!) in person! He would drop by our office during the first few weeks just to see if we had any questions or concerns. I have never encountered a more customer service-oriented individual.
