Mike Tangorra has been very helpful any time we have had a question, concern, or claim. It is nice to have a friendly agent who knows us by name, not just our policy number, taking care of our insurance needs. He has even saved us money a few times over the years by letting us know when changes occur that we would benefit from taking advantage of, such as a new homeowner's insurance plan he recently suggested that could save us hundreds of dollars over our old plan. I am a firm believer that the employees of a company are a reflection of the company as a whole, and from what we've seen from our agent, Farmers is an excellent company.
