In October, my doctor had me rent a Rolleraid walker because of problems with my right foot. The brakes felt a bit tight and there was some type of food residue all over the basket. Just before Thanksgiving, the brakes on the Rolleraid started catching without me touching the handles. We called Tim's and they sent out a replacement Rolleraid with NO brakes. We had the delivery driver take both Rolleraids back. When I spoke to the representative the next day, she stated they had to sent away for brake cables. No one has contacted me since then and I still don't have a Rolleraid. Unless Tim's Medical Supplies changes their maintenance practices and improves their customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
