My friend got her car towed from this company and there was a missunderstanding about the address it was to be brought to, my friend called the company to see where her car was, and the wife cindy could not have been any ruder, as my friend asked why she was being so rude, cindy hung up the phone on her, my friend called back and the same thing went on for a about an hour, and that went on to her husband phil who acually began to scream at my friend and make extreamly rude remarks about her age which he did not know, and also hanging up the phone on her. I have never witnessed such a unprofesional buissness. They are awful people!!
