Jami, of the Traveling Pan, saved my life! Working 2 part time jobs, caretaker of a 11/2 year old grandchild and a ninety year old mother - I had no time to cook! It is imperative that my mother, a lung cancer survivor, be served healthy, appetizing food. Sadly, even my best cooking was not suitable and my limited recipes became repetitious.
