Warning!!! don't do business with this guy. He charges you a month security but locks you out after 10 days past due. Also was told that the security would be returned in 10 days. After asking for it for over a month he finally returned it minus $25 for a sweeping charge. I had swept it out and it was clean. I had even removed all the cobwebs for the corners. When I asked him why the charge he said I didn't sweep. after arguing with him he called me back a day later saying I left sweeping lines. WTF!
