They had to collect a HOA fee from me that was only 270 dollars. This was paid within a two month time span. They added an additional 375.00 dollar fee already onto a fee agreement. They could not explain what the fees were used for and told me ""if you don't want to pay it , don't pay it"" that is the genius statement that the admin told me. I am pursuing unethical charges with the state.
