Merchant One boasts about their customer service, but my
experiences with them have been TERRIBLE! I loath the day that I ever
signed up with them. I am a small business owner and money is tight
for me, as I'm sure it is for most of you. I put in a credit card
transaction nearly two months ago and still have not seen a cent of
that money. The lady who was supposed to be my representative, Diana
I believe was her name, obviously could care less about customer
service or her job. She acted annoyed anytime I asked questions and
was extremely condescending and rude to me.. And what's annoying is
that they wouldn't even let me change representatives! Anytime I
called with a complaint they tried to send me back to her! It's as if
there is no accountability.
Four times they told me that the money would be deposited within
24-48hrs and it never happened. Turns out, I'm a security threat to
them and I'm sure they'll hold it for the entire 180 days to make
absolutely sure they are covered, because ""they"" are all that they are
looking out after.
My wife and I don't have a lot of money and every cent is a big
deal to us during these times. And although $579.00 is all I'm
complaining about and it does not seem like enough to make a fuss
over, it's a lot to us and we were depending on that money. We
depended and counted on their word that the money would be deposited
multiple times within 24-48hrs and it never showed up. It hurt our
family and now we are freaking out wondering where the money is going
to come.
My complaints only fall on deaf ears. They offered nothing to
compensate, nothing to ease my fears... they've only slapped me with
another fee for wanting to discontinue services.
I obviously can't get through to them, but I hope to prevent some of
you from the same pitfall that is Merchant One.
Pros: none. the pro's are only in THEIR favor
