I love traveling to different cities and trying out the best of the best restaurants. Wild Sage is really good and I think its even gotten better over time. Spokane is a small city and as such doesn't have that many nice restaurants to choose from but I would rank Wild Sage as a nice option. The food is fresh (from their organic farm), surprising (usually pairings) and satisfying. Their cocktails are excellent, try the Wild Sage or Cucumber Quince martini's, yum. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the popovers served at the beginning of dinner. Apparently they have a self help group on thursdays for those addicted to these delectables, The service is very good. If you go there be prepared for a nice evening. It won't knock your socks off but it will be very nice and you won't break the bank.
Pros: Excellent Food, drinks with polite and prompt service
Cons: None worth mentioning
