Living at Autumn Chase has been one nightmare after another. Not only have we had numerous problems with the appliances, but the water heater broke and soaked the entire downstairs carpet. It took them an entire weekend to finally respond, meanwhile mold was growing in the carpet. Most of the building has moved out due to the same issues. One poor new woman moved in, and came pounding on our door at 1 A.M. the first night she was there because there was water pouring in through her ceiling. I paid the pet deposit for our two cats TWICE now, because they seem to have lost all record of the first time I paid, and they were threatening to take our animals to the nearest shelter within 24 hours. We are trying to get out of here as fast as we can. It really has been a living nightmare. PLEASE, save yourself the trouble and move in somewhere else. The cheap rent is not worth it. Find somewhere that is actually livable.
