Dignity and respect: two things loyal customers such as myself value and expect when shopping at America's elite men's suit maker and clothier. Yet, I received neither at their factory outlet store in Queenstown, MD. Very disappointing. The employees in that store are unfriendly and have no common courtesy. If you want real Brooks Brothers service, you won't get it there. I don't know where they picked up the slime who work there, but Brooks Brothers management ought to clean house and start over. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at their retail location over in Washington, D.C., near DuPont Circle. You will be treated with dignity and respect, and it's worth the extra money you pay over their so-called ""outlet.""
