Well people i work there. Grote's in my favorite place to work. I have fun meeting new people. Pleasing them with grade A food and great tasting Beer ETC...... I never in my life met one person leave my Grandparents place unhappy. Even if they did it was probably because of their own doing. We are relaxed and easy going facilty. What you ask is what we give basicly. Most or atleast all of the people that come in the restrant or the bar leave very pleased and come back the next day like Jay, Wilma, The Coffee Crew Etc.......My grandma opens the place at 7 a.m. every day. She tells me when i come in. Their was people waiting outside of the door agian. My grandpa closes it at 4 a.m. after the bar is all clean and along with the restrant. The people that are working that day or that night are not allowed to leave until their duties are finished. (EX. dishes are washed, dried and put away. Tables, booths, chairs, counters, and other surfaces are cleaned very well. Pop and other drinks are stocked in the cooler. Basicly stock everything. etc.......) See our place is very clean safe for adults, awesome for kids, great fun for everyone. This is the place if you want fast and friendly service for a sitdown breakfast, lunch or dinner at any time of day.
