I understand the need to have, and stick to, refund policies, but in our case they canceled our class because it wasn't 100% full. Both of us being busy people, we had taken the afternoon off to ensure we could make it, so when they cancelled it and asked us to pick another class, we picked the only other one we would have a chance of making it to in the next four months. On our way to the class we were running late due to an expected, but very needed, parent-teacher conference, which in turn put us in terrible traffic. We called and notified them that afternoon before the start of the class that we would be about an hour late at best and asked to reschedule. They were not as understanding and flexible with our change of plans as we had been with their's and insisted that the small amount of bulk food they had purchased for the class cost the same as the total price tag of the class and therefore could not reschedule us regardless of our situation. Point being, they are nice people and they have good products, but if they cancel your class, take the money and don't reschedule, you can always reschedule and pay for the class with that money later without the risk of losing your hard earned cash.
