I was dissapointed because I waited an hour and 1/2. I assumed since our appointments weren't till 7 in the evening we'd be ok. Wrong!!! Just a waste of mine and my childrens time. Try having a stubborn 3 year old who has a mind of his own!! They need more people, so possibly someone could run the computers while someone takes pictures.

Cons: 2 people doing the computer and taking pictures
