After ordering four dinners and three servings of egg drop soup for carry out, we were totally disappointed and made peanut butter sandwiches for dinner. We ordered two dinners of sesame chicken, one moo shui, and one beef and broccoli. The four of us all agreed the food was totally not edible. It was garbage disposable quality. The sesame chicken was soggy and the sauce was watered down almond chicken gravy with some sesame seeds thrown in. The fried rice was rice that was still white in clumps, soaked in dirty oil, not fried, with a little soy. The moo shui was filled with green pepper that over took the taste of the other blan and poorly choiced veggies that were mixed together. The egg rolls were soft and mushy. Not a hearty egg roll by any means. The food tasted like it was all cooked in dirty oil. The soup was not something anyone could stomach more than a mouthfull. This was such bad quality food that I had to call. We had just spent over fifty dollars on four dinners and it was not edible. The woman that answered the phone told me that it was good food...she more or less told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the food. It was gourmet. I laughed. There was nothing gourmet about this food, little did she know I was a secret shopper. I have eaten many times at many different places and never could I find something wrong with everything I ordered. She made no concessions. She simply told me she was sorry and kept repeating that it was good food. I told her it was very bad on all levels and she told me that she was there for 22 years. She did not offer a replacement...she simply told me that before I order from them again that I should call, go there, and sample something before I ordered it. She didn't understand how pathetic she sounded...vomit quality food, very poor customer service...
