Management is on top of taking care of park, people who live there care about each other. Who knew I'd ever live in a ""trailer park"" but it's more like the safest community I have ever lived! I had to find the house keys when I moved, we never locked our doors, cars or house! My children played outside all day. There are 2 playgrounds, a pool and speed bumps throughout the park to help keep drivers slow. Loads of kids and lots of mothers home for those needing babysitters. If I could have stayed I'd still be there, but The Navy tells us where to go and when. Oh, and it's right on the city bus route so no walking blocks for the kids to get to school & the school bus picks up the elementary school kids right at the park! Saugus schools are award winning too!
