Dec. 5, 2009 marks the WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. Unfortunatley, this requires you to rate with a least one star or it would get none. The Bogey is back open for business, but I don't know how it will stay open based on the service we received. We had 2 different servers/bartenders waiting on us....one was nice, the other was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! It took about 45 minutes to get our food. My wife asked for her salad before her meal and it came out 5 minutes before our food, also 40 minutes after she ordered it. The reuben was burnt and our friend's grilled chese (which is hard to mess up) was burnt also. When we received our bills we were charged for an extra beer and our friends were charged for 2 extra beers (4 of us ordered 2 beers each, so it's not that hard to count). The nice waitress took off the added beverages. When the other waitress can back to our table she asked for the empty glasses and rudely said I will take the empties of the beers you ""actually"" drank. All of us were shocked that she openly accused us of lying. We still bit our tongues and started walking out and our friend politley thanked the nice waitress for being so nice. Well the rude waitress over heard that and thought we were completely out of the room when she said condesendingly ""yeah, thanks for being so nice."" I over heard and appoached her finally and she called me a liar about how many drinks we ordered. She then continued to argue back and forth with me - in front of customers - and said that she has been in the industry for years and she knows how to count (if she has done this for years you think she would be better at her job). I also commented on how long it took to get our food and she said does it look like I cook, I just serve drinks. At that point I was furious and asked for the manager and she said he was busy. I demanded to see him. He just smiled at me like he did not care and said he will take my comments into consideration and said thank you for your business. I am the one who almost never complains, but you know it must of been bad if I decide to write a review on here. That completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night with dinner and the zoo lights. Steer clear of this place if you want service that unbelievably was worse than the food - oh and pay attention to your bill.
