I came to Provence looking for a good french restaurant and stumbled upon the best seafood restaurant in the Triangle. The selection, cut, freshness and preparation of fish are among the best I have ever had. We loved the lobster bisque, loved the grouper wrapped in basil leaves and loved the redfish with some kind of garlic vinaigrette. Also, the place is very romantic, very warm and inviting inside.
