I was recently in Whidby Jewlers and was greated by the most helpful staff I have seen in a long time. Customer service is harder and harder to get these days and I was so pleased to find it here. I had a repair to be done and they promptly took the piece and told me what would be required to get it back in good shape. While I was there I looked around and fell in love with a ring. Before long I was headed on my way with a new ring (it didn't cost much so my husband won't mind) and soon I will have my necklace back. I had to write a note because, the store just made me feel so welcomed and confortable. This is what good OLD FAHION customer service is about, people who genuinely seem like they care and they proove it by their actions.
