When one of the clerks told us we could return a product if it did not work. We'll it was crap and did'nt work My son went back to return it. The clerk(the sameone who said we could return it) said it was dirty and could not return it after he said he could. After getting angry with the clerk the manager threatened to call the police on him if he didn't leave. My son went to the Kragen in Elk Grove and the return was accepted cheerfully. So if you have a return and they dont like it becareful Maria the manager might call the police on you.
