The post about how to lose a customer in 10 days is such a lie from a customer that we had a problem with and have gone to drastic measures to fix. To date the customer has not paid their bill we have worked with the BBB of Wichita to help solve the problem and the customer will not agree to anything suggested. The BBB has a process in which to mediate any problems with consumers and the customer would not listen to anything or accept anything that we as a company or the BBB has suggested to them. We are a member of the BBB to help protect all of our consumers the BBB reached what they felt was a reasonable solution and the customer wants to keep posting nasty things about how we did not care for them. This is so not true and this is why the internet is only one way to research a company. Just for the record we are platinum preferred contractor through Owens Corning which only 100 companies in the United States have the privilege of. We just recently were elected by the city of Wichita as one of their top 6 contractors and have been given certification to inspect our own roofs. Here at LWR we do not hide from our problems or run from them but just like some companies you simply can not work with we run into customers that you simply can not satisfy.
