I came to them to repair a leaking power steering line. They replaced the line, idler pully, and accessory belt for a reasonable price. However, after retrieving my van we noticed an almost constant loud squeeling. I returned it to them and they informed me that it was the pulley that they replaced and admitted that they had probley damaged it during the repair but, they refused to correct the problem at even a discounted price. They wanted me to pay full price to repair the damage they caused!! I had it repaired at another shop and it turns out that not only did they damage the pully, they put the wrong size belt on and that was what was causing the squeeling!
