501FIT's concept - small group training - is brilliant. We pay far less than we would for one-on-one training, yet get tons of attention because classes are small. Best of all, we are motivated to show up each and every time because our group is expecting us. This makes 50FIT the ONLY routine we've been able to maintain. And the results? A butt you can bounce quarters off ;) As an aside, the owner Phil is a fantastic trainer (been working with him since 2002) and all-around great guy.
