I went in to get an oil change, and they quoted one price over the phone, and then when I came in they said they had to charge more for the oil filter. And, that they always change oil filters during during oil changes. It seems a deceitful practice. They also said I needed new tires, but since one wasn't so bad they could sell me three. They then offered three tires of a different brand than the one I had. Which is totally unprofessional and not recommended by any tire company, or auto dealer. I don't know why I went back there, probably because it's close. But I find them incompetent, and would recommend people to take their cars and trucks elsewhere. There are good and bad mechanics out there, but there is no excuse for bad customer service and incompetent management from a name brand auto service center. Pros: close by Cons: bad customer service, bad advice, questionable work more
