I have had several issues that I am not very happy about. First, I have had my new car in for service issues 4 times. The truck has 4,000 miles. So that's 1 time every 1,000 miles. I've had some abnormal issues with my truck thus far and I'm wondering if you sold me a lemon. First a Lug Nut bolt broke off of my truck. I had my Wife bring the truck in with my 5 month old son. The service department told her that it was nothing and sent her away. I was out of town for work. My mother had to drive over and complain to the service department. Turns out they had to replace the whole front assembly and it was not safe for her to drive. Since then I don't feel like my car is operating correct. Second, It took your service department 6 months to replace a faulty radio. They never contacted me to let me know that it was in and until after I called that they installed it. At this point I am very unlikely to refer anyone I know to Pauly Toyota and will most likely never buy another car from here again. Pros: THey will Sell You a car Cons: They wont fix it more
