We have a wood burning stove which we needed to replace the glass for. I brought in the door to the stove explained we needed a heat resistant and high heat glass piece. I paid 80$ for it, and two weeks later it cracked. Ok so I bring it back up asking if they would split the cost or do something to compensate, they then told me my husband must have installed it wrong. HUH? What a great way to deal with customers. I didnt have it in me to argue so I said fine I need another piece. So they gave me a "deal" and I got it for 75$. It has been two days and its cracked again. They gave us the WRONG glass twice.
Pros: i cant think of one single thing
